Youth for Christ New Zealand Incorporated

Youth for Christ NZ or YFC NZ, is a Christian based Incorporated Society, and Registered Charity (Number CC55456)

The aims and vision are to reach out to the teens and young people across NZ with a message of hope that can be found in knowing Jesus Christ.

YFC International based in the States, has been in existence for 70 years and is active in around 130 countries, making it the largest Global Christian youth movement

YFC NZ provide initiatives like youth camps, public events, and offer leadership training for the nations young people, to raise up tomorrows leaders.

A 'Hand of Hope' is another initiative, with a Christian approach, to aim to tackle the sad and difficult issue of youth suicide.

YFC NZ Leaders, and Youth Workers are available to talk to schools, youth groups, and any interested organization on this topic. We are offering a an outstretched hand, showing the young people, there are people who care, and there is a reason to live.

The YFC NZ Board

The Board and Youth Workers all offer their time voluntarily.

The funds will go directly to initiatives and projects that directly have an input in the lives of New Zealand youth.

For instance

- providing the funds for camp fees for youth who cannot afford to go

- resources for the youth suicide strategy, a 'Hand of Hope'
