Youth Project NZ Trust

We are a new local Charitable Trust working in East and South Auckland, we want to grow community connections.Our Charity is dedicated to promoting kindness and empathy through various kindness activities for children and community engagement programmes.

Our vision:

To create a society where kindness is valued and practised by all, beginning with the younger generation.

To create a generation of socially conscious and actively engaged young people who contribute to the betterment of their local communities.

To have an impact on the mental health of young people. Acts of kindness have been shown to boost positivity, improve self-esteem, and enhance overall emotional well-being. By promoting kindness, we can create a supportive and compassionate environment that nurtures the mental health of young individuals, helping them flourish and thrive.

What we will do:

Promote kindness among young people through free of charge activities conducted in schools, the results of the activities will be shared with the local community.

Encourage young people to participate in volunteering activities by providing diverse and meaningful opportunities

Foster strong community connections and partnership by collaboration with local organisations and schools

Create a positive impact on the community, addressing social and environmental changes through community volunteering projects, such as beach and park cleanups
