We have hand reared him since birth and would love save him but we can’t afford to at this point

This little puppy was born with a cleft palate and needs surgery to get it fixed which will cost around $5000. We would love to give him a good life! He is such a cool pup who loves to play and is always causing trouble, just a typical little puppy. If you can help save Louie we would really appreciate it! Thank you
