Their tireless commitment to saving lives every single day inspires us to push ourselves further — to run, walk, cycle, sweat, tackle, lift, press, shoot and give it our all for an extraordinary cause.
By raising funds and supporting, we are helping to protect a service that truly matters, one that saves lives when it matters most and provides vital support to our community when it’s needed most.
The Hawke's Bay Rescue Helicopter Trust is a registered charity, established to provide a dedicated Rescue Helicopter service to the Hawke’s Bay. Each year their crew assists in nearly 400 missions within the region, with over 80% of these missions providing urgent medical assistance at accident scenes or inter-hospital transfers for the critically ill.
