Hone’s Hikers

A massive, massive thank you to all the beautiful humans who have contributed to a cause so dear to my family's heart. Today marks four weeks since John passed away, and two days till the end of this fundraiser. Each and every cent donated warms our heart, and although I pray that we never have to utilise the services of North Haven Hospice again, they were a true godsend in both medical and emotional support.
