The Mount Everest Challenge is back for it's 8th year in a row. The Mackenzie Elvin team are climbing the Mount 38 times in 50 days to help raise money for this year's chosen charity, Good Neighbour.
Good Neighbour provides practical opportunities for people to support one another so that lives and neighborhoods are transformed. There are five ways they do this: Food Rescue, Projects, Community Gardens, Kitchen, and Whanau Care.
The Mackenzie Elvin team will be climbing the equivalent of Mount Everest as a team right here in the beautiful Bay of Plenty. Previously over $400,000 for local charities have been raised with the Mount Everest Challenge and we hope to add to that.
