Kia ora! We are participating in the Mount Everest Challenge up Mauao for 2023!

Mount Maunganui, Tauranga

Our team is made up of the two kaiwhakahaere of MITA Creative, Mihikeita and Tahu-Pōtiki.

We also have a 1-year old pēpi, Tangitāheke, who will be joining us on our climbs!

We are a pakihi Māori that offer creative services and products, and are very passionate about rangatahi development. This years cause is Live for More, a kaupapa that aligns with ourselves and our pakihi very well. Live for More empowers rangatahi through surf therapy to be inspired to live positive and fulfilling lives. They aim to transform troubled lives, one wave at a time.

As a mokopuna of Tauranga Moana, a whānau living within Matapihi, we can't not get behind this kaupapa!

We are now in week two of our Mount Everest Challenge for 2024! It's our 10 year anniversary this year, so we are really gunning for an exciting and successful campaign!
