We are fundraising for Diabetes NZ Canterbury Youth! Our daughter Celia was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in 2021. Diabetes is hard. There’s never a day off (or a night off). It impacts so many aspects of life for the person with diabetes and their family.
Since Celia’s diagnosis, family camps and regular events run by this organisation have been such uplifting experiences for us all. Celia has built friendships with other kids with type 1 diabetes. We have appreciated community connection and support. Please donate a little to this fundraiser if you can manage it.

The Forest Run Fest is back in August 24 2025. Choose from the Half Marathon, 10km, 5.5km or Kids 2km. Come on and join the Diabetes team!
