Fundraiser Marathon for Metabolic Disease

    So the 6/5/17 saw an anxious pair cross the start line of the Rotorua Marathon. The training hours had been put in - and this was the completion!

    Kylie and Bec walked and talked their way around the Lake. It was at times picturesque, hot, and cold, quiet and painful. But we finished and we have the medals to show for it - not to mention the blisters!

    Thank you to all the generous donors out there - we are so appreciative and somewhat astounded that we not only crossed the finish line but raised a combined total of over $5000.

  • A week to go

    With a little over a week to go (this time next Friday will see the team in Rotorua) it seems the perfect time to shout out to the incredibly generous souls out there who have donated to Ease the Squeeze. The fact that you are prepared to give a little to help others is amazing. I really appreciate it.

    It is going to be an enormous challenge but knowing the support we have will push us. That is a really impressive list of people who care and while I know most of you - there are names in that list I don't. That is really mindblowing - something I am so passionate about and it means something to people "out there"!
