9 year old Sam Lawson of Havelock North, has just been diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia, otherwise known as ALL.

His mother Helen was diagnosed with Breast Cancer two and a half years ago, and underwent treatment which has been successful.

It is extremely sad and unfortunate for a family to have been struck twice by Cancer, especially when it effects your child so young.

Sam has a 2 year treatment schedule ahead of him.

Keeping a family together is challenging especially when you don't live in Auckland. The cost of food, travel and taking time from work, all mounts up, despite the help of amazing charities such as Child Cancer and Ronald McDonald House.

On Behalf of Derek, Helen, Josh, Georgia and of course Sam, we thank you. x

Having been in a similar situation ourselves, and receiving such amazing support from family, friends, and community, we would like to help the Lawson family by setting up this Give a Little Page.
