Help Steve! He is not giving up.

Steve remained strong in mind until the very end.

He passed away on Sunday 19th July 2015 surrounded by his wife and family.

On behalf of Amanda, and both Steve and Amanda's families, thank you to everyone who has given in any way you have been able to.

Steve will be deeply missed and never forgotten.
