Help Mike get to the World Masters Cycling Champs!

Hi everyone, just a quick update. The training has finished, and Mike flew out tonight to San Francisco, then onto Frankfurt, then onto Copenhagen! His last three weeks were intensive, with plenty of power work to develop speed. He also did a number of anaerobic sessions, guaranteed to provide good sprints and bridging skills. So now, he can be texted, but keep an eye on the UCI website for results. He races next weekend, and I'll update the exact time and results when I get a chance. There are over 100 riders in his race, with many countries fielding multiple riders, so Mike will need all his tactical awareness to be there with a chance! Go hard Mike, we are all behind you!
