18 year old with a 90K Hospital bill
Karthik was billed $90,000 for his surgery at Middlemore Hospital. He is a year 13 student and on a student visa.

Karthik migrated to New Zealand in 2016 with his family, he is on a student visa, studying at Papatoetoe High School in year 13.
On the 13th of June Karthik had to have surgery as he was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis , he currently has a Ostomy (bag attached) which collect waste.
Post surgery Karthik was billed $90,000 because his parents are on a work visa and he is on a student visa.
His family is financially struggling and they need YOUR help.
Karthik is a bright student and also great in sports, his goal was to go to University.
