School Trip to Japan - Jess Sharp
Jess is a 12 year old girl, who has been given an opportunity to represent her school and experience another culture in Japan.
Auckland
Jess is 12 years old and is very active in the life of her School - Blockhouse Bay Intermediate.
She has been selected to be an ambassador for her school and to be part of the School Japan Trip 2019.
This will be an excellent opportunity for Jess to experience another culture, meet new people, and learn. Not to mention all the benefits that travel add to your life experience and education.
In raising funds for this trip, Jess will also be busking (Jess sings, and is learning a couple of instruments) and other fundraising activities - we are inviting you to be a part of this process if you would like to make a donation.
During Terms 1 & 2 of 2019 she will also be having language and cultural lessons in preparation for her travel. The School requires a series of payments leading up to their departure date. All funds raised will go towards the cost of this trip. Any money raised in excess will go towards Jess' future education.

Use of funds
All raised funds will be used for the expenses of the trip to Japan. Any surplus funds will be put towards Jess’ education.

Recently we hosted some home stays from China, which although was a requirement of being on the Japan trip, was also neat experience. (See photo).
