Dear Friends, Family, and Supporters,
The annual Golden Gloves tournament is one of the most prestigious events in amateur boxing calendar, and this year, the Balmoral Lee Gar Amateur Boxing Team has a real opportunity to shine. However, we need your help to make this dream a reality.
As a team, we've worked hard, training long hours and pushing ourselves to be the best we can be. Each athlete brings their passion, dedication, and heart to the ring, and we are incredibly proud of what they’ve achieved so far. The Golden Gloves represents a huge milestone for our boxers, but the costs of travel, accommodation, and participation fees are substantial, especially for many of our athletes who come from humble backgrounds.
We are reaching out to our community, friends, and family to help us raise the necessary funds to get our team to the tournament. Every dollar you contribute will go directly toward ensuring that these talented young athletes have the opportunity to compete at this important event. Your support will not only help cover travel expenses but will also provide a boost of confidence to our team, knowing they have a community that believes in them.
No contribution is too small, and your support, whether financial or simply spreading the word, means the world to us. Please consider donating via our Givealittle page. Together, we can help these boxers reach new heights and represent Tauranga with pride.
Thank you for your generosity and support!
