Support our 24hr in-store Cycling Challenge at Rebel Sport Morningside to help raise awareness & funds for Cure Kids NZ

Nationwide

On Thursday 29th July 12:00pm – Friday 30th July 12:00pm Briscoe Group Limited will be cycling in-store at Rebel Sport Morningside for 24 hours to raise funds for Red Nose Day!

Since 2004 Briscoe Group Limited has been a key partner of Cure Kids, a charity set up to invest in research to transform the health of children across New Zealand.

Cure Kids’ funding supports researchers across New Zealand whose work focuses on childhood cancers, inherited heart conditions, infectious diseases, cystic fibrosis, sudden unexpected death in infants (SUDI), burns as well as child and adolescent mental health – and many, many other areas of research.

In 2020, a year of such significant disruption for our customers and stores, we were proud to raise $686,000 for Cure Kids' health research. Our generous customers, staff and suppliers support the Group’s efforts to raise funds for this wonderful charity and we’re proud to say that in 16 years of partnership we have raised over $8.1 million dollars together.

We would like to make 2021 our biggest year yet and raise over $800,000 between our instore campaigns and events such as this 24hr in-store Cycling Challenge as part of their annual campaign Red Nose Day, and even more fitting to do this during the year in which Cure Kids Celebrate 50 Years!

About us

We focus on raising funding to enable high-impact, New Zealand-based medical research to help save, extend and improve the lives of children diagnosed with serious life-impacting and life-limiting health conditions.

Use of funds

Red Nose Day is Cure Kids' annual appeal to invest in the best research possible & tackle key child health issues to transform the landscape and lives of our most vulnerable children.
