I’m Turning 35 – Help Me Make a Difference!
This Saturday, 20th September, I’ll be celebrating my 35th birthday in a slightly unusual way – by challenging myself to a brutal workout for a good cause.
I’ll be running, lunging, and carrying weights around a 400m track 35 times to raise funds for Almanar Charitable Trust, who are working tirelessly to deliver urgent aid to families and children in Gaza.
Basic essentials like flour, milk, and even water are becoming harder to find every day. With your help, we can make a real difference and support Almanar Charitable Trust in continuing their vital work.
Here’s what my birthday workout looks like (x7 rounds):
1️⃣ 400m Run
2️⃣ 400m Lunges
3️⃣ 400m Run
4️⃣ 400m 30kg Farmer Carry
5️⃣ 400m Active Recovery (Jog/Walk)
That’s 35 laps total!
If I can get even one donation per lap, it would mean the world to me — and to those in need.
If you’d like to celebrate with me, please consider making a donation and joining me for a lap or five this Saturday 8am at Greville Reserve Forrest Hill. Every little bit counts.
I have no direct connection to Almanar charitable Trust, but I have followed the great work they do for sometime now and I would appreciate everyone’s support to help them carry on with their mission.
Last month, Almanar Charitable Trust delivered humanitarian aid to Gaza, bringing relief to families facing critical shortages. Every drop makes a difference, but they need our support to help this initiative continue.
Thank you so much for your generous donation 🙏
