After funeral costs, raising money for 60th Birthday Milestone Celebration.

Auckland

My Uncle was in the hospital for his wife's dialysis appointment when he received the news his daughter was killed in a car accident.

The funeral was held 27-Jun-2020, and although we know it's not the time to be thinking of his birthday, we wanted to give him something positive to look forward to.

His birthday is in October, and we want to provide him a birthday where he is surrounded by family and love. However, the funeral has restricted available funds to plan an event for his 60th Birthday.

We hope this Givealittle page will assist us to pull this event off for him.

Planning Update  12 September 2020

Firstly, a huge thank you to those who have donated as you've made this Event a reality.

The venue was confirmed at a relative's house to keep things family orientated and to ensure the father of my Uncle was included in celebrations as he's housebound.

The donated money is covering the food for all attending, whatever is left over will be put onto a Prezzy Card to be spent as desired by the birthday-boy.
