617km Awareness Run
Running 617km - 1km for every person who took their own life in 2024.

Hi, my name's Sophie! I am a mental health advocate from Hamilton, New Zealand. I also love to run, so the idea was born.
In honour of every person who took their life here in New Zealand, 2024, I am going to be running 1km. That brings the total distance to 617kms.
As someone who has battled with their own mental health, and has tried to take her own life many times, this is a cause close to my heart.
If you can't donate, that is totally fine! Please just share this as wide and far as you can x

Use of funds
All donations will be evenly split between four mental health organisation's. These are lifeline, youthline, I am Hope and Seeds of Strength.
