7 Marathons in 7 Days for the children of West Auckland

My name is Harrison Sanders, I am a primary school teacher in West Auckland.

1/5 children go without food over Christmas time. So this year, I wanted to help support these children over this so called time of joy.

I will be completing 7 marathons in 7 days from Monday 13th - Sunday 19th December. Each marathon will be the same route and will take place starting at Hobsonville School and ending there too (map to be uploaded).

All money donated will be going towards food vouchers for the children in need (in support with Pak N Save Westgate), a piece of sporting equipment (donated by Tuatara baseball, Breakers NZ) and also some basic stationary which will help the children get back into the school year for 2022, also a few more goodies.

Please help get behind this cause and jump in for a run or bike and show support where you can.

Rather than individually thank everyone I thought I would do this…

It takes a community to make a change, so everyone that contributed please give yourself a pat on the back. No matter how much or little donated, it all adds together to become something special. The children are receiving their gifts this week, and stationary is getting prepared now for the start of next year.
