77 years old with a goal of competing in International Qigong competition and to share the benefits!

I was 77 on July 11. Healthy, joyful longevity 120 years here I come! My dream is to join a Meditation Tour of South Korea, compete in an International Qigong competition, and to share the benefits with the world. I would be grateful for your support.🌏😁

​A friend introduced me to Master Sunyong and dynamic K-meditation and Brain Education which includes Qigong. After 16 mths training, during which I had surgery for the removal of a large pelvic tumour, I am strong, flexible and confident to enter this competition. Often I do 3 hours of class or practice a day, recharging energy. My goal is to train as a Body and Brain instructor & teach others - Seniors, schools, community. I’m also a Reg. Chaplain.

This Qigong gives benefits to people with pain; cancer; heart disease; diabetes; anxiety and depression; brain damage; chronic illness of all kinds. A basis of all is unbalanced circulation due to stress; the basis of recovery is natural self healing. I’m inspired by the movie - Love Heals.

Training is so simple, easy, fun and effective! Above all it’s natural in the body - presence; breathing; relaxing; healing; brain power ​access to Observer Consciousness - (Quantum aligned) freedom from emotions that trouble our lives, and the suffering world. We develop ​the power to choose & create the life ​we​ want!

My family tells me how happy they are to see me do this. They have noticed changes in me. It's a joy to see some of them join me.
