The Adult Stem Cell treatment plan is needed to treat a form of Cerebral Palsy called Hemiplegia. Hemiplegia is a paralysis to one side of the body affecting the arm, torso and leg,it's affects and other problems vary from patient to patient. Cerebral Palsy was once incurable but with advances in Stem Cell therapy quality of life can be improved.
