Our story isn’t a unique story but one that we believe is worth sharing!

Kronk, has been diagnosed with FIC and his penis keeps getting blocked due to high levels of anxiety and a narrow passage. We’ve tried everything to keep him calm from medication to diet but unfortunately due to his urethra being narrow, he becomes blocked and his bladder becomes inflamed. If he qualified for insurance this wouldn’t be as difficult to remedy alone but his condition now makes him ineligible.

Each time he gets blocked the catheter and drainage procedure costs can vary from $200-$1,600 depending on his condition on the day and unfortunately our current financial position cannot keep up with his increased needs. It is also incredibly traumatic for him to undergo drainage every month through a catheter.

What has been suggested for the best quality of life for this fluffy boy is to go through surgery and have a Perineal Urethrostomy surgery to provide a clear passage for him to urinate.

We love him very much and just want him to live out his dream of chasing butterflies and playing in the grass again!
