A free building service. From fixing a leaky roof to changing a light bulb and everything in between.

My name's Taylor Helm and I've recently started up my own building company based in Alexandra, Central Otago. My experience is primarily in hi-end residential renovations & extensions but that is not why I'm here.

In the New Year I am going to be offering a free building service.

My aim is not to be building free houses for people that can afford it but rather helping those that may not be in a position to do things that they are needing done, big or small.

I know times are tough for a lot of people so that's where I'm hoping I can help.

The way this will work is through donation, every cent donated will go towards labour, if materials are required I will ask the person using the service to pay for that.

Being a builder, I have accounts where I can purchase materials at discounted rates meaning you will pay less for any items needed.

Because this is going to be via donation the more donated the more I can help. I'll go for as long as the funds are there to support it.

To get the ball rolling I will be doing the first $1000 in labour free. If you or someone you know (In the area) is needing some assistance with anything, even if it's just advice feel free to contact me:
