A HEADSTONE FOR A BEAUTIFUL SOUL

$577 of $5,000 goal
Given by 12 generous donors in around 8 months

To get Ethan a headstone.

Waikato

Ethan Ramage was just one of those people that were just larger than life. He could light up a room with just his smile. He really was a one in a million type of person. And I was lucky that he chose to spend his life with me.

Ethan had cystic fibrosis, but he never once let it bring him down. He really was an inspiration to everyone he met.

Ethan managed to stuff his 24 years of life full of so many different experiences and has left all that knew him with so many memories that we all cherish.

He passed away in 2014. Due to his illness he wasn’t able to have a job so he was never able to have any savings stashed away. His family are still paying off the costs of his funeral!

I am hoping to raise all or some funds to help with the cost of his headstone. We are hoping to have it sorted and installed by his 5 year death anniversary next year.

Use of funds

Getting a headstone for Ethan. Any surplus will go towards unpaid funeral costs. Any surplus after that will be donated to a CF charity

2% Effective Fee
On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
