Financial help needed for an unexpected medical emergency.
Canterbury
On Saturday 16 May Tita Elena suddenly fell while carrying her grandson. She had suffered a stroke that left her half body paralyzed.
Tita Elena as like most Filipino mums is very caring and loving, so when her daughter living in NZ had her second baby she came here to help especially Thirdy the youngest grandson was born with a medical condition. This is her third time here in NZ - the first time was when her daughter had her first child. On the night of May 16, 2020 she suddenly collapsed and was brought to the hospital - doctors said she had suffered a stroke. This was extremely unexpected because Tita Elena was in a very good health before coming here, they did not even think of getting her a travel/medical insurance.
We the Bayanihan Filipino Market sa Christchurch group on behalf of Pablo & Bhambie Lagos, have created this givealittle page to help them financially, to pay for the hospital bills. This page is made to help ease the financial burden faced by Pablo and Bhambie's family. Hopefully Bhambie and the kids will see their mama & lola fully recover.
The estimated cost of her hospital bill is NZD$3,000 per day, up to now it amounts to $15,000 and of course it's rising each day.
Let's all help Tita Elena and her NZ family by donating whatever we can, nothing is too small. Let's also wish Tita Elena a fast recovery. Any help is highly appreciated.
To all the kababayans here in NZ please share to your friends and families.
Maraming Salamat po sa inyong lahat.
Bayanihan Filipino Market sa Christchurch - Tita Elena is our friend who is very selfless and thoughtful, no doubt she would also help someone out without any hesitation if they are in dire need.
The money will be used directly to pay the hospita bills.
