A stroke of bad luck

I am writing to you on behalf of the Stroke Foundation of New Zealand. We recently came across Matt Body’s story in the NZ Herald and wanted to get in touch to offer support.

We understand that this must be a very difficult time for both Matt and his family and friends close to him.

At the Stroke Foundation, we provide stroke survivors with critical services to ensure the best possible outcomes. We have a number of Community Stroke Advisors across the country who provide support, information and advice to build knowledge and skills, and network in the community to ensure that a stroke survivor’s family and carers are getting the right services.
