A stroke of circumstance

Hi there. Unfortunately I suffered a stroke after aneurysm clipping in October.Iam in my 5th month of rehab and have a bit more to go.

So frustrating waiting helplessly for government to decide if they eill support us. They gave us $180 then today some young lady is saying to me ‘we gave you $180. Use that for your bills. Water is $80. Groceries are so expensive waiting on another ‘independent medixal sdvisor ro decide if i should get paid weekly conoensation..

My sick leave is finished and I am now on leave without pay indefinitely . I am desperately trying to get help from the ministryof social development to cope but IT is a slow process fraught with roadblocks. No help at all yet. Waiting…

We are ok butstruggling to make ends emds meetbut I am pushing on with rehab one day at a time trying to get fit enough to go back to work teaching kids with special needs xx. I don’t like to ask for help but we need some:) if snyone can help. X
