A1 Mega Crew - Worlds Fundraiser

Our mega crew 'A1' from Ace Dance Studios in Christchurch have been lucky enough to be selected to represent Aotearoa New Zealand in Obidos, Portugal in October 2023.

For the dancers of A1 this competition represents the realization of a long-cherished dream.

Participating in a global event of this magnitude has been their aspiration for years, and securing first place at the renowned national competition held in Wellington in mid-June has propelled them one step closer to achieving this dream.

Ace Dance studios has always been dedicated to providing our students with opportunities to expand their dance skills and experience the excitement of high-level competitions. We firmly believe in nurturing their passion, fostering their growth and empowering them to reach their full potential.

Many of our youth in A1 are from lower-income households, where accessing the necessary funds to cover expenses of competing at an international event can be a significant challenge. Our mission is to bridge this gap and ensure that every talented dancer at the studio has an equal opportunity to participate and represent Aotearoa New Zealand with pride at the World Champs.

To keep this dream a reality for our students we are fundraising to help towards these expenses. We appreciate any support you are able to give.
