Agonising veins issue

Hi,

So I’ve been having an ongoing issue with my veins becoming extremely sore and randomly very prominent I could be working or walking in a store and suddenly have to sit down due to the shocking pain. This is happening around 5x a week.this is a medical issue that could easily turn very serious without treatment as it stands my chance of a blood clot or stroke is high. I’m shocked to find out all the public health system can do is basically give me aspirin and wish me well … I’m shocked especially since being told by the specialist how urgent this is I have had a consultation with Simply Veins and spoken with a nurse. I need an angiogram so the specialist can see what’s going on in more depth and see what veins can be injected (the specialist does do this but it’s a lot more expensive then getting the angiogram through althe public system so I was hoping to do it that way I have seen a doctor who’s said I need an angiogram and then a referral to a specialist. The specialist is not free or funded in any way.

I’ve also had advice from the nurse who’s said under the public health system they will only do a few of the absolute worst veins and that will actually cause the smaller ones to assume the roll of painful veins … this is really wrecking my life and I’ve had to cut down my work to around half. This could so easily be solved and I have quotes for what’s needed I just can’t see any other way to have this treatment I need other than to ask for help.
