Listed is the costings we are working on-

Floors

- Repair of existing timber floor- sanding and finishing (127m2)

Walls

- Repainting of existing walls (150m2)

- Painting of walls cross bracing, columns & beams (35m2)

Ceilings

- Replacing 2 damaged ceiling boards (2pcs)

- Painting of ceilings (140m2)

- Installing sound absorbing panels on ceiling (e.g 50mm Quietspace) (46m2)

Wall Coverings

- Installing acoustic panels on walls (10m2)

- Covering existing announcement boards with sound absorption titles and secure fixing of the boards on the walls.(10m2)

- Replacing existing wall mirrors (14m2)

- Replacing curtain covering the wall mirrors (including curtain track) (14m2)

- Installing a new curtain rail (6.4m)

- Cleaning of existing black curtain and installing a new curtain rail (Lumpsum)

Entry Door

- Repairing/replacing existing door push bar (1pc)

Heating & Airconditioning

- Installing a heating & Airconditioning system (Lumpsum)

Dance Barres

- Installing new dance barres (double rails) (22.1m)

Sound System

- Installing a new sound system (Lumpsum)
