Young woman suffering who needs help with her Leukemia.

Canterbury

Aiza is a lovely young woman, 30 years of age, who is suffering from stage 4 leukemia.

At first she thought it was only s sore back, but then she started getting bruises on her body and her hair was thinning and she lost her appetite.

She was admitted to hospital for a blood test which came out positive for stage 4 leukemia.

She is from a poor family in Bohol, Philippines and had used all the money she had on the visit to hospital. As there is no free cancer treatment there she couldn't afford to stay in hospital and is now mostly bed-ridden at home.

She needs blood transfusions, vitamins, food and regular visits to the hospital which she cannot afford.

I am fundraising to help Aiza and her family at this difficult time. Any amount will be kindly appreciated.

2% Effective Fee
On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
