Our little cat Alice is in need of assistance with her vet bills, and ongoing kidney diet as she is suffering from chronic kidney disease
Auckland
My Daughter and I are winding up 2025 on a sad note and beginning 2026 behind the 8 ball.
Our little girl Alice has been diagnosed with chronic kidney disease and we need some help for covering the vet bills, and ongoing specialist kidney diet. Alice also may be suffering from neurological issues as well but we cannot afford to get her the specialist diagnosis to be sure. All money raised will go directly to pay her Vet Bills, and a specialist Kidney diet. Any money that is left over will either be used for any ongoing medications or donated on behalf of everyone here to the SPCA.
Alice first came into our lives 9 years ago after, seperrating from my daughters mother, as one half of a rescue kitten duo, and has been there as a loving support for not just my daughter, but as company for me whilst living with Autism.
To any who have met Alice they instantly fall for her pretty face and her loving persistant hugs and loud motor bike purrs. Alice has already gone through a lot in her 9 years, losing not just her twin brother, but also her hearing, leading to her also losing her freedom to roam the outdoors.
Although Alice does not appear to be in any discomfort and still goes for the occasional skitzo sprint, she has lost a quarter of her weight, and her kidneys are struggling to keep up, and sometimes she appears to be struggling with balance and coordination (this is where the neurological specialist diagnosis will come in)
All money raised will go directly to pay her Vet Bills, on going prescribed kidney diet, any money that is left over will either be used for any ongoing medications.
Thank you 17 March 2026
We have reduced the goal to now just cover Alices final outstanding Vetrinary bills.
We wont to thank everyone who has donated so generously for our little girl.
