Please help Rick & his daughter!

Hi Pamela! thanks for your question we have tried every route we could think of including this and he is unfortunately not eligible for any type of assistance because of the hours he currently works (in a low paying job) he's in a position where he has to work the hours he's given otherwise he may lose his job so he can't chance being out of work as he has child support etc. I wish there was more allowance for people with disabilities such as his he has been given no option except to go into large dept.
