AMBUSH is a dance crew made up of the most passionate, focused, hardworking and determined group of dancers who have begun stamping their mark in the NZ Hip Hop community.
AMBUSH placed FIRST at the Hip Hop Unite National Championships which was held in Wellington in June. This qualified them to represent NZ at the HHU WORLD Championships in the Netherlands. To represent their country is an absolute honour. They are just as passionate about their country and culture, as they are about dance.
AMBUSH have also qualified to represent NZ at the Global Dance and Cheer games in Hawaii 2019. Their latest competition, Dancebrandz, also saw them place first in their division and were crowned Hip Hop Grand Champs for the second year in a row!
These opportunities are very rare and being able to represent their country doing what they love, would be a remarkable achievement.

I am the Co-Director of Dancebeat Academy, which is the home of Ambush. I am also the mother of one of the Ambush members, but would very happily call any of the members my own.
Use of funds
Fund raised would go towards their competition entry fee, flights to and from Amsterdam and accommodation
