Amyloidosis Patients In New Zealand

$20 of $10,000 goal
Given by 1 generous donor in 4 weeks

To further extend our association support to patients diagnosed with TTR, AL & AA amyloidosis.

Auckland

We understand from our own personal journey how debilitating and horrendous having TTR, AL and AA amyloidosis can be. We are a registered and incorporated charity (CC57385) under the NZ Charitable Trust Act 1957 and the Charities Act 2005, formed to provide NZ patients, their family and friends with resources to help no matter what the stage of the disease. There are good reasons for optimism and it is important to remember that you are not alone.

About us

New Zealand Amyloidosis Patients Association (NZAPA) provides support for patients and caregivers, generate awareness about the disease in this country and advocates accessibility for treatment.

Use of funds

To purchase a charity car that will allow us to visit patients we support all over New Zealand, as well as be a vehicle to advertise what we do while on the road via NZAPA signage.
