Hello Everyone
Two dealing machine sessions later I’m getting the hang of it!
Asking members to be involved with naming said machine has generated an amazing response of 53 different names plus several names suggested multiple times. This has caused me much ‘turmoil’ with my name decision making!
I have a few favourites listed below and if you’d like to tell me what you think please do!
Alfie - we played boards this morning dealt from the machine…a player said “Alfie I’m not impressed with the hands so far”!
Bertie – I had a favourite Uncle Bertie!
Dotty – my favourite Aunt not married to Bertie!
Dealilah – memories of seeing Tom Jones ‘live’ with numerous knickers thrown on stage…not mine I hasten to add!
These are my top favourites.

The machine has arrived…thank you so much for making this happen. It was a most humbling and exciting time to see the dollars raised in six days.
Training starts next week!
Meantime…said machine needs a name…would love to hear any thoughts you may have. At the mo it is gender neutral (!) but I have feeling it could be of the female variety as it’s efficient, quick and can multi-task!
If you’d like to submit a name for consideration I’d love to hear from you!

Wow. What a fantastic response. We (you all) have met the target. As an organiser of this appeal, I am amazed at how quickly it was achieved.
