Please support Angus and Kirsty as they care for their toddler and newborn twins while Angus receives treatment for spinal tumours
Canterbury
Our hearts go out to the Wright family. Angus and Kirsty are the parents of 2.5 year old son Thomas and welcomed new born twins Hugo and James into their whanau on 18th June. Just three days after the birth of their twins, Angus was admitted to hospital where they found several tumours on his spine. He underwent surgery to remove one of the larger tumours and is now recovering in hospital in anticipation of further treatment.
Due to damage to the spinal nerves from the tumours, Angus is now experiencing a loss of function and requires an extended amount of time for recovery and rehabilitation while Kirsty is at home with their toddler and the newborn twins. Angus is currently learning to walk again and is likely to need further treatment for the remaining tumours in the near future.
We want to help Kirsty, Angus and their three boys during this extremely tough time. Financial donations will help support them while Angus is unable to work and take some pressure off the commitments of providing for their boys.
Angus and Kirsty are great people, are well respected, and they work hard for their family. We would love to be able to help them out during this extremely challenging time.
I am Angus's work colleague and all of us at work want to help Angus and his family through this tough time.
Donations will assist Kirsty and Angus with living costs and provide a level of security as they juggle hospital treatment and family commitments. All funds will go to Kirsty and Angus.
