Anne's trip with Destiny Rescue - 3 week triathlon

    It was hard work in places, and took a lot of hours (roughly 28 I think), but I did it, and in 3 consecutive weeks. Even an earthquake didn't stop me, although it did mean I had to do some long rides at the end of the week.

  • First leg done !!

    I have just completed the first leg of the triathlon - I swam 2km on Sunday afternoon, 2 more on Monday evening and have completed 120 lengths (3km) at Johnsonville pool this morning. That's a total of 280 lengths in 4hours if swimming time. This gives me a few extra days for the 70km walking, which I think will be the most time consuming.
