A personal thanks from me to everyone who has supported me in this project. I am steadily working towards the light at the end of the tunnel. This has been a long emotional project and I was a little distraught when I realised I wont complete it alone. The first donation raised a wee tear and then more came in. Wow, thank you so much - family, in-laws, friends and complete strangers. I am more committed than ever to make this book the best I possibly can.
