Our poor Archie needs help with the vet bills so he can spend years with his brother Charlie.
Manawatu / Whanganui
Our poor little Archie has been under the weather the past few days and took him to the vet on the 18th of April as he wasn't eating or drinking for 3 days prior.
We got his bloods done and the results came back that he needs more care than we first thought. He will need to stay in hospital and will need an abdominal ultrasound and possibly more after this.
With recently buying our house and our other two fur babies recently needing vet treatment we are in a pinch. We have the worst case situation on the table if all else fails and we cannot find the funds for his treatments, we do not want to go that route as we have only had him for 3 months and want all the years with him that he has left.
Either we reach all or some of the costs every bit helps give Archie the fighting chance to rough and tumble with his brother Charlie again.

A quick update on Archie from the vets (he is still there) he is eating and drinking again but with encouragement not fully by himself. Had bloods re done today, good news his white blood cell count is up (still not in good range but vast improvement), his proteins and globulin is still very high but have come down a tad. His phosphate levels are up which is not too good but also a possible indication something going on with liver or kidneys and not F.I.P (good news).
For those that wish to know the vet bills so far are upto $400 plus todays bills ontop and if we need to go for an emergency ultrasound it will be an additional $470.
