Aroha for Janette Bautista and Family

Dear friends,

Janette is a lovely pinoy lady, I have had the privilege of looking after for the last 1.5 years at Whangarei Base Hospital.

Her husband Conrad is an aged care nurse and they have a son who attends primary school here in Whangarei.

Janette has a rare soft tissue cancer that has metastasize to her lungs. Unfortunately, her disease is progressing and she has exhausted all funded treatment options.

It has been an incredibly difficult journey for Janette and her family. Janette has decided to return to the Philippines to be closer to whanau for support. Conrad is the sole breadwinner and will need to return to NZ to work.
