Artist residency in Kenya

Hi!

I'm off to Kenya in October for an artist residency with SIM.

Artistic expression can reach people in the deep places and often speaks straight to the heart. It allows us to illuminate the world with the light of God (the residency is hosted by a christian mission charity and taught from these values). I will be working for 3 weeks will Kenyan artists and other international artists to learn how to make art with a missional focus. How exciting! I'm looking forward to learning lots, it could be a great formational time for me.

Feel free to give on this site or pay for other fundraising work that I initiate through the site as well. :) (ie. babysitting painting commissions, exhibitions, gardening). All donations help to take the pressure off my pocket as I'm paying for it all myself.
