Artists Against Slavery: creative community fundraisers for those in need.

Diamond Harbour, Canterbury

Artists Against Slavery is an organisation that is passionate about community and friendship while also being aware that there are people in this world who are exploited and in great need of outside help.

As an NZ charitable trust we aim to raise money and awareness of people caught up in human trafficking and slavery. A global crime of horrific proportions.

All of the profits from fundraisers go to Hagar NZ who work to rehabilitate people who've escaped the abuses of modern slavery. There are no paid staff, Artists Against Slavery is run by volunteers.

From time to time Artists Against Slavery combine with a community event and share the profits. This is ALWAYS declared and made clear when being advertised.

About us

Human trafficking is the fastest growing crime on earth.

Artists Against Slavery uses the creative arts to raise money for rescue, rehabilitation and prevention of this global brutality.

Artists Against Slavery is a New Zealand registered charity.

Use of funds

Unless otherwise stated (ie sharing the proceeds with the local school or a community project) all profit goes to Hagar NZ who work to rehabilitate those who've been caught up in human trafficking and slavery.
