Ash's Tour De Gym Bike Challenge

Kia Ora whanau,

My name is Ash, I’m a 21 year old studying at university. The reason why I want to fundraise this month is because I wanted to do something special during my birthday month!

I’m participating in the ‘Tour De Gym’ event at uni where I’ll be riding 350km over the course of 3 weeks to support the NZ Cancer Society. I’ve decided to take it a step further and raise some funds for the Leukaemia and Lymphoma research, as well as for the current COVID resurgence in India.

Both of these topics are close to my heart. I’m studying to potentially get into cancer and immunology research and I have family in India that are being affected by the current situation.

Although its an open goal, I have a milestone that I’d like to achieve: $350 raised for the 350km I’ll be riding

For every $1 that is donated, I’ll be riding 1km as a lil thank you for taking the time out to support two causes that I am v passionate about. Funds will be spread evenly between both.

If you’re able to support me during this challenge, that would be amazing! Otherwise any form of help (e.g. sharing around) would be amazing to help fundraise for these two amazing causes.
