Join us in the world of gastronomic excellence at the Bocuse d'Or, the premier global culinary competition initiated by renowned French chef Paul Bocuse in 1987. Known as the "Olympics of the Culinary World," this event gathers top chefs worldwide to showcase artistry, technique, and creativity.
Road to Redemption:
Team Aotearoa NZ made history, securing a spot in the Lyon 2023 finals. Placing 15th among 24 countries for its first ever entry. Embarking on the Asia Pacific Selection, the team aims for a Top 5 spot, showcasing Aotearoa's culinary prowess against heavyweights like Japan, Singapore, South Korea to get back to the Finals in Lyon, France 2025.

Will Mordido: Our Candidate Chef, driven by a design-centric culinary approach, weaving through Native NZ ingredients and Filipino Flavours
Sam Linstrom: Commis Chef, winner of the Bocuse d’Or NZ’s Commis Selection.
Ken O'Connell: Coach, an internationally awarded chef with decades of experience.
Brett McGregor: Tasting Jury Member, NZ's Original Master Chef, on the international judging panel.
