Austin-Jazz’s long road to recovery
A young families life turned upside down in one night.
Invercargill, Southland
On the morning of Saturday the 23rd of April 2022
Austin-Jazz became a victim of an assault in Southland which left him in critical condition after almost losing his life. This traumatic event has not only impacted his life and will change it forever but also his partner Tori who witnessed the assault and saved Austin’s life by her quick thinking , providing first aid to him after the assault.
Austin-Jazz was fortunate enough to survive Surgery after having organs removed. There have been problems since surgery but hopefully he is now on the road to recovery.
Austin-Jazz and Tori need support as they’re both unable to work right now. They will need the support of their Community to help them pull through this awful tragedy.
They find it hard to ask for help but they are good people, A young family who are struggling and need our help to relieve the financial burden even if it’s for a few weeks as they are both trying to recover from this life changing event.

Use of funds
This money will be used to help with the cost of bills, food, petrol, child related expenses and to cover some of the medical costs that are to come after Austin-Jazz leaves the hospital and returns home.
