Help Ava beat Pneumonia and her immune deficiency disorder
Auckland
5 year old Ava is a beautiful happy child who even though she is deaf and has other disabilities has taught us so much about perseverance, love and friendship and what courage is. Ava has been unwell for the past few months and was admitted to hospital last week with Pneumonia along with other complications including an immune deficiency disorder. Ava has a long road to recovery and Mum and dad are spending much of their time with her. While her baby sister is being cared for by her grandparents. At this time Ava's family will be suffering financial hardships due to the time they are spending with Ava as she undergoes extensive tests.
I am from Ava's daycare centre. We value our families and as a team we felt we needed to help her family at this time while Ava is so sick in hospital.
Funds will be used by her family to help support them at this time when incomes are reduced and to provide equipment Ava may need in her journey to recovery.
