Average Kiwi plans to help save lives in Ukraine
Everyday Kiwi Dad from Christchurch raising funds to save lives in Ukraine would love your help.

I’d love your help to save lives of Ukrainians injured in their fight to protect their country by helping me raise funds to buy & deliver a Casevac vehicle(s) to Ukraine Mission.
Right now we are witnessing deliberate destruction of a culture & ongoing committing of war crimes in Europe. We have seen the failure of much of Europe & the rest of the world to stand shoulder to shoulder against Putin’s invasion & subsequent atrocities. Over this time I have felt, like many of you I am sure, horrified yet powerless.
I am now giving that up & going to do what I can to make a difference, however small that is. For me this means putting my life in NZ on hold and saying farewell to my family & friends.
The approximate plan is to start the journey in mid/late July '25. I know that as a supporter you feel far more involved & engage with a cause when you see the results of your contribution in action. I'll add updates & images on my Facebook page.
Your donation, no matter how much can help to save the lives of brave men & women fighting for their country, men & women who are fighting their lives, their family’s lives, their culture, their identity, their right to self determination, & for the shared western values that we all enjoy & treasure .

After researching I chose Ukraine Mission as they are best aligned with the objectives of my fund raisers & have several years experience doing similar work. This will also enable any surplus funds to be donated directly to humanitarian causes in Ukraine.
Use of funds
Funds will be used to buy 1, if not 2 civilian 4WD vehicles to convert to non-combat Casualty Evacuation Vehicles for Ukraine Mission. Providing a casualty evacuation vehicle is a significant & deeply impactful way of saving lives on the front line. Any excess funds will be donated directly to Ukraine Mission via bank transfer.
