Baby Ezra’s goodbye
Our baby boy passed away at 38+5 weeks. His funeral is a huge cost but we would love to give him the goodbye he deserves.

Baby Ezra was born on the 30th of January at 5:57pm. He was the easiest baby to give birth to. He cuddled us, gave us smiles, opened his eyes and made everyone around him completely fall in love with him.
At 2:35am on the 31st of January his heart stopped beating and he slipped away in his mummy’s arms. This has been the hardest thing we have ever gone through and nothing could prepare us for this.
Ezra was the 4th baby in New Zealand to donate an organ ever. He donated his healthy heart valves so that another family won’t feel the pain that we are feeling. A part of Ezra will live on in someone else.
We are going to take Ezra home to Christchurch and lay him to rest there. As a young family with a daughter turning 2 on Monday we don’t have all the funds needed for his funeral and to let his daddy have some grieving time before he goes back to work. Any amount would help us and we would be truly grateful.
Use of funds
His funeral and so his daddy can have some time to grieve before going back to work.
